The Kid Kurry Band is the area's most musically talented Southern Rock cover band.  This well known six-member group of dedicated, professional musicians features music by Southern Rock legends Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, The Allman Brothers, 38 Special, and Charlie Daniels. Sets lists are rounded out with music by The Eagles, Crosby, Stills & Nash, America, Pure Prairie League, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Tom Petty, Bob Seger, Eric Clapton, and more, appealing to a diverse audience.  Add the band's full vocal harmonies to this line-up and you get a band whose musical ability and depth sets them apart.

The KKB has opened several times for The Outlaws, 38 Special, and Marshall Tucker.  They have also opened for Charlie Daniels, Molly Hatchet, Phil Vassar, Little River Band, Pure Prairie League, Kansas, The Swon Brothers, Quiet Riot, and Jefferson Starship.  The KKB also enjoys playing at festivals, wineries, weddings, parties, campground events, other special events, and charity fundraisers.  The Kid Kurry Band is equally comfortable opening for national acts as they are playing for small parties.  Setlists are readily adjusted to accommodate the venue.

In addition to the full six-piece southern rock Kid Kurry Band,  five KKB members perform as a 70's Classic Rock band with Southern Rock roots when a smaller band is better suited to the event.  This version of Kid Kurry travels light, with one less lead guitarist and a smaller sound system.  Setlists emphasize music by The Eagles, America, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Loggins and Messina, Creedence, etc., with some pure Southern Rock sprinkled in.

Kid Kurry Band members include lead singer and acoustic guitarist Rick Wyand, dual lead guitarists Chris Akuncius and Adam Goldsmith, bassist and second lead singer Steve Kingdom, flutist and violinist Anne Wyand, and percussionist Jerry Cummings.  All members  perform back-up vocals.
